Well...sort of. Syndicate apps just launched a new launcher built to resemble just that. More specifically, it was based off of the "leaked" photos that were floating around about a month ago. It resembles those photos closely, though Syndicate did have to use their imagination to cover the parts that the photos different.
I've only had the launcher for half a day, but so far, most of my impressions have been positive.
