So me being the avid wallpaper changer for my computer, I use interfacelift.com to get my computers wallpapers. Well today, I made the most unique find, a drop-down menu containing the iPad 3! See, when you download a wallpaper, you pick the screen resolution or your device and lo-behold, there was the iPad 3 (see attached image). Upon downloading the image I found the resolution to be 2048x2048, which in intentionally over sized for mobile devices, but this confirms the 2048x1535 resolution theory, suggesting a new display size, or at least something different from the previous iPads! A super retina display? Perhaps, but this is a huge find in the iPad 3 rumor round-up.
